New Farm Body Corporate Painting

I-Man Painting completed a full exterior painting project for a residential body corporate property in New Farm, delivering a professional, long-lasting finish with minimal disruption to residents.

With a team of 12 experienced painters working on site, the project was carefully managed from preparation through to completion. Premium Dulux paint was used, with three coats applied to achieve consistent coverage, durability and a high quality finish.

The works also included render repairs and surface preparation, ensuring damaged areas were properly repaired before painting.

Due to the height and access requirements of the building, our team used a boom lift to safely and efficiently complete high-level areas.

Quality control was a key part of the project. At the end of each working day, our site supervisor inspected the completed works, checked the finish and ensured everything met I-Man Painting’s high quality standards.

We also maintained a clean and respectful work environment throughout the project. Work areas were cleaned at the end of every day, and our team took particular care to minimise disruption and respect all residents living on the property.
